Abbey Pontius

Abbey is an energetic and outgoing Real Estate Broker with a love and knowledge for the Estes Valley and surrounding mountain areas. Licensed in 2015 with many local volunteer positions and State influence as well. Abbey has been a Larimer County Planning Commissioner, held seats in the Estes Valley Board of REALTORS from Treasure up to President. At the Colorado Association of REALTORS she has been a Regional Chair for the Northeast District, and Division Chair for Member Services, beyond numerous committees consisting of Professional Standards. She is recipient of the Rookie of the Year Award in 2016, and the prestigious REALTOR of the Year Award in 2020. The industry recognizes Abbey as ethical, compassionate and above all, a bit spicy!
Eric Blackhurst

Eric Blackhurst has been involved in the Estes Park community and the commercial/residential real estate markets since 1986 working with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants and governmental entities. He has served in a variety of appointed and elected community positions including 8 years as Town Trustee and is currently Chairman of the Estes Park Housing Authority. Blackhurst has served professionally as member, Director and President of the Estes Valley Board of REALTORS© as well as Director and Regional Vice President for the Colorado Association of REALTORS©.
